  • What factors affect the price?
    1. The time of arrival (season, post-season, pre-season).
    2. The number of nights. If you rent for a longer period, you can expect a discount.

    3. The number of occupants does not affect the price.
  • What is included in the stated rental price?
    The price covers all the costs for apartment rentals in Rafailovici.
    Tourist tax must be paid separately.
  • Transfer
    At your request, we can pick you up from any of the following airports:
    1. Tivat;
    2. Podgorica;
    3. Dubrovnik
    The lowest prices in Montenegro. Please, see the ‘Transfer from the airports’ section.
  • The roof of the building
    Swimming pool:

    Important! Swimming poll will be free of charge for 2020.

    Open only during the summer season. The use of the swimming pool is chargeable. This is not our rule, but the rule of the investor of this building.
    The cost is €5 for an adult per day. Children under 10 years are not allowed to access the pool, for safety reasons.

    Mini cafe bar:
    Here you can drink coffee, juice, beer or wine.

  • Booking
    In order to make a reservation, you must pay an advance payment – 20% of the rental price.
    The rest must be paid on arrival.
    When we receive your money, we will send a booking confirmation with the signature and stamp.
    If you cancel the reservation, prepayment is not refundable.
  • Check-in and check-out time
    Check-in time — from 12.30
    Check-out time — until 9.30
  • Damage
    Any damage caused to our apartment will be paid additionally.
  • Confidentiality
    We can guarantee you not only confidentiality, but also security.
    Your personal data is needed only for the booking form. It will not be used for any other purposes.
